Recipe for Eggnog Dessert Pizza Crust

What You Need

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 2/3 cup butter or margarine

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 3/4 teaspoons nutmeg

  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut

How to Make It

Prepare your pizza pan by coating it lightly with a cooking spray and then set aside until needed.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Using a medium size saucepan, you will add the butter and sugar and then melt them over a medium heat setting. Continually stir as the mixture melts in the pan for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.

After cooling stir in the eggs one at a time, while using a wooden spoon. Stir in the vanilla to mix thoroughly. Gradually add the flour and mix well. Add the baking powder and nutmeg and then combine until well blended together, and then stir in the coconut flakes.

Spread this crust mixture onto the prepared pizza pan evenly. Place in the preheated oven to bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until done and the edge of the pizza is golden brown in color.

Easy Homemade Eggnog Recipe

Ingredients:

4 qts. store bought eggnog
1/2 gallon eggnog ice cream
1-2 tsp. vanilla extract
Nutmeg to taste


Instructions:

1. At first, soften ice cream in a bowl.

2. Then, add eggnog and vanilla extract.

3. Pour into punch bowl and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Eggnog Cake

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. whole almonds
1/4 to 1/2 c. candied cherries
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. dairy eggnog
1/4 c. melted butter


Instructions:

At first, grease a 10 inch bundt pan with 2 tablespoons butter. Press whole almonds and cherries against bottom and sides of pan in a decorative pattern. Dust lightly with flour. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, nutmeg, eggs, egg nog, melted butter, and rum or rum flavoring. Beat until smooth, about 4 minutes. Pour batter into pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven 45 to 55 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool in pan 10 minutes; invert and cool thoroughly on rack.

Eggnog Bars

Ingredients:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. dairy eggnog
1 c. chopped candied cherries
1/2 c. chopped almonds
3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
Milk


Instructions:

1. Cream first 2 ingredients. Stir flour with soda, nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

2. Then, add substitute with eggnog to creamed mixture. Stir in cherries and nuts. Spread in greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking pan.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

4. Combine powdered sugar and enough milk (3 to 4 teaspoons) to make mixture pourable. Drizzle over warm cookies. Cool; cut into bars.

Easy Eggnog Pie

Ingredients:

1 deep graham cracker pie shell
1 Jello cheesecake mix
1 sm. pkg. coconut
1 sm. container Cool Whip
3/4 c. eggnog
3/4 c. milk
Candy for garnish


Instructions:

1. Combine cheesecake according to package directions, except, instead of 1 1/2 cups milk, use 3/4 cup milk and 3/4 cup eggnog.

2. Pour into pie shell. Chill until firm. Spread Cool Whip over entire pie thick enough to fill to top.

3. spread coconut over entire pie. Garnish with Candy.

Eggnog Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c. dairy eggnog
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg


Instructions:

1. At first, Beat 2 eggs and add sugar, eggnog, butter, vanilla, salt, baking powder, nutmeg and flour.

2. Beat until moistened. Pour into large loaf pan.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
